The Nonaride app is available for iOS and Android devices. Simply search “Nonaride” in the App Store or Google Play.

Once your booking is confirmed, your ride is guaranteed. We will not cancel your confirmed booking.

We’ll pick you up in a vehicle that suits your needs based on your request and the size of your party. All of our vehicles are clean, comfortable, and from 2013 or later. We have four-door sedans, minivans, SUVs, vans, and luxury vans.

Once you’re in our vehicle, you’re fully covered by our commercial insurance.

Prices vary by vehicle type, but we do not adjust rates for peak hours or seasons.

Yes. You may contact your driver via phone call or text message.

At the end of each ride, you’ll have the opportunity to provide feedback via the app.

Our job is to serve you, not the other way around. Unlike the big rideshare companies, we do not rate our passengers.

You will be asked for your credit card information at the time of booking.

Your payment is 100% secure.

The app will allow you to select a pre-set amount or write in any amount you feel is appropriate. Tips are appreciated, and the full tip amount goes to your driver.

We offer discounts for AARP, military, and seasonal discounts.

We will pick you up thirty minutes (max) after your ride is booked. If you need a ride sooner, you can alert us through the app or webpage. Although faster pickups cannot be guaranteed, we will do our best to accommodate rush requests. Please note that our reservation platforms will be closed between midnight and 4:30 am. We can pick up during these times, but your reservation must be made before midnight.
